Prosthodontists are dental specialists in the replacement or restoration of teeth that are worn, broken, or missing. Prosthodontists must complete a rigorous professional education program. After four years of dental school, a prosthodontist completes three additional years of training in an accredited advanced dental education program.
Prosthodontists are experts in the restoration of dental implants, cosmetic and reconstructive dentistry. They have a special understanding of smile dynamics, the preservation of a healthy mouth, and the creation of natural-looking tooth replacements. Serving as the architect of a dental treatment plan, prosthodontists work closely with other dental specialists, general dentists, and other health professionals to provide restorations that look and function like natural teeth.
Dr. Williamson is accepting new patients. Although many patients are referred by other dentists and health care-professionals, a referral from another doctor is not required.
